All modern BMW vehicles need the DME to be unlocked in order to accept tuning calibrations, most models built before June 2020 only require a basic unlock technique that we can perform at Osprey, newer than June 2020 vehicles require the DME to be shipped to Femto in Finland to perform a more intricate unlock. Osprey can facilitate this procedure now which takes anywhere from 4-7 days depending on the infrastructure.
 
You can either post your DME to us or you may leave the vehicle with us in our storage facility.
