Returns Policy:   If you wish to cancel and return, you must also take good care of the products until you return them and ship the product to us. All items must be returned unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. All returns must be well packaged to protect items from damage in transit. Any damage that occurs in transit to Osprey Performance Ltd will be deemed the responsibility of the customer and any costs arising from this will be charged to the customer’s. All returns should be sent using an insured postal service. We do not accept proof of postage as proof of delivery.   Any stock order placed that has been correctly supplied by Osprey Performance Ltd and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, subject to a restocking/handling fee of 20%. In this instance the cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer. A 20% restocking fee is also applicable to all and any orders which are cancelled after being placed, and the suppliers of Osprey Performance Ltd have charged for/sent the goods. All orders for custom parts, made specifically for the individual needs of the Customer cannot be returned or refunded. Items that are on preorder cannot be cancelled unless agreed by Osprey Performance Ltd.    When returning goods, please state your full name and address and the Order Number you have been issued with to identify your order. Any order returned to us without this information will be refused. You have until the expiry of fourteen days, including Saturday, Sunday, bank holidays and public holidays, starting with the day after the products are ordered, to contact us and return the goods. If you cancel and return, any money you have paid for your order will be refunded not including your expense of returning the products. All returns shall be returned at the Purchaser’s expense. Any returns raised outside of the fourteen day period will be refused.   No product may be returned for any reason without the prior approval of Osprey Performance Ltd.
